Paul Halme is the founder of Peak Performance MMA in Keller, Texas, where he is listed among the instructors and also teaches in the kids martial arts program. The school describes him as an MMA champion and a Masters BJJ World Champion, and it credits him with building the academy around a simple idea: providing the welcoming, structured environment he wished he had found when he first started training. Halme is candid about his own beginnings, saying he started out as arguably one of the worst white belts on Earth before going on to win an MMA championship and a Masters BJJ World Championship. The school he founded says it has been creating champions for over 20 years.
