Robert Naumoski is the senior instructor of Ultimate Jiu Jitsu (UJJ) and holds a 4th degree black belt. The academy traces its instructor lineage directly through him: from Mitsuyo Maeda to Carlos Gracie, Helio Gracie, Rickson Gracie and Jorge Pereira, and then to Naumoski. Under his leadership UJJ has grown to five locations, each staffed by a team of black and brown belt instructors. Naumoski describes his coaching philosophy as helping each person be the best they can be by finding the right balance between training and living.
