Detailed Description
Professor Rodrigo Scott is the head coach of Gracie Barra Toronto East. He has been involved in jiu-jitsu since he was 14 and received his black belt in 2015. Before committing to teaching full time he worked in dentistry, a career he left in order to focus on the martial art. Scott founded academies in Brazil before moving to Canada, where he now leads GB Toronto East alongside members of his family. His approach emphasises that the real value of jiu-jitsu is built off the mats and that the art is for everyone.
