Scott Torres
Scott Torres is a co-founder and instructor at East LA Jiu Jitsu. A lifelong wrestler and United States Navy veteran, he began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2010 at Newbreed Mixed Martial Arts / Jiu Jitsu under Professor Johnny Ramirez. He started assisting with youth classes in 2012, coached the Newbreed competition team, and received his black belt from Johnny Ramirez in July 2019 while completing undergraduate and graduate history degrees at CSU Fullerton.
