Sean Michael Maher

Sean Maher is the owner and head instructor of Honne Academy of Jiu-Jitsu, where he holds the rank of black belt. He founded the academy in 2020 together with a group of close friends, motivated by their shared love of training and sharing jiu-jitsu. Maher's vision for Honne was an academy that goes beyond a traditional, structured jiu-jitsu school: a family and community of people who enjoy life and spread happiness, and an environment structured for growth in which members and staff can develop and positively affect the lives of others.
