Tiago is the founder and technical director of Garden Fight Center, the Alliance Jiu-Jitsu academy in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, which was founded 11 years ago and is described as one of the main academies responsible for promoting and spreading Jiu-Jitsu in the region. Beyond Uberlândia, he manages three affiliated academies in the United States and is the head Jiu-Jitsu professor at Praia Clube. He runs the academy professionally with the support of his wife, Ana Luiza Rocha, who plays a central role in its administration and the expansion of the brand. The school strictly follows the Alliance method, and all of its instructors are certified by Alliance Jiu-Jitsu, with group and private classes for children, teens and adults from beginner to advanced levels.
