Tsukasa Muroya is the BJJ instructor and representative who leads ALMA FIGHT GYM BASE, the gym's second location. He holds a first-dan black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and a first-dan black belt in judo, and draws on both backgrounds to teach in a distinctive style that the gym says can be tailored to each individual student. His main competition results include winning the adult brown belt open class at the 2018 Moya Brand Cup and finishing runner-up in the Master 1 brown belt division at the 2019 All Japan Masters Championship. The gym also describes him as a pioneer of kids' jiu-jitsu in Hokkaido.
