Atom Martial Arts operates at 14901 NE 20th Avenue in North Miami, FL 33181. Founded in Miami with the principle that martial arts should be accessible to everyone from beginners to seasoned competitors, the academy provides combat sports instruction six days a week. Prospective students can take advantage of a trial week package that includes a loaner gi for introductory training sessions. The academy is owned and directed by head coach Marco Lozada. Drawing on a professional background in secondary education as a certified teacher, Coach Marco integrates pedagogical teaching methods into martial arts instruction. Lessons focus on technical execution while cultivating discipline, confidence, and resilience across both youth and adult practitioners. Training programs accommodate students from age 3 through adulthood across multiple martial disciplines. Youth tracks feature Ninja 1 for ages 3-5 alongside Ninja 2 curriculums. Adult offerings encompass Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi, Self Defense / MMA, Muay Thai striking, and Saturday BJJ Advanced sessions paired with Open Mat sparring, supported by structured curriculum-based teaching methods.
