Programs include Adult BJJ in both Gi and No-Gi formats, a Wednesday BJJ Fundamentals class, Kids BJJ, Women's Self-Defense for ages 12 and older, private instruction, and small group workshops. Classes meet on Mondays and Thursdays with Kids from 5:30 to 6:15 pm, Adults from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, and Rolling from 7:30 to 8:30 pm, plus Wednesdays with Fundamentals at 6:30 pm and Rolling at 7:30 pm.
